Kaak - proofing and cooling equipment
Kaak Food Production Systems is the origin of today’s Kaak Group. Even today, the division with its headquarters in Terborg is the binding link between the different specialists. Its core business is the transport of products, trays, moulds and pans through proofer, oven, cooling or freezing systems, buffer and storage. The focus of development is placed on high performance lines for the production of baguettes, ciabatta, toast, etc. with smooth production methods. The proofing equipment of Kaak has the minimum number of moving parts, they are equipped with fresh air recirculation system and they have very accurate settings of temperature and humidity.
Kaak produces also different types of cooling equipment for bakery products. The cooling is effected either on belts or in racks. What they all have in common is a very high standard of hygiene and user-friendliness thanks to accurate settings.
