Bake-Off: Bread is a way of life
The Italian company Bake-Off has been designing and building both electric and gas ovens as well as proofing units for over 20 years. They are used in bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and filling stations – everywhere, where customers demand bread to be always fresh and also want to see it being baked. The equipment manufactured by Bake-Off is always built to meet the customer´s specific requirements. They offer units for different processes, of different sizes and production capacity, for frozen products, precooked products and fresh dough.
Bake-Off has created a new generation of rotating ovens that exploit both simplicity of fanned baking and baking performance of a rotating oven. These ovens have low energy consumption and simple servicing, which brings operating costs to minimum.
