Bedika bought the business operations of Suomen HPK
We would like to bring into your attention the following organizational change taking currently place in Lektar Group. Bedika Oy has bought the business operations of her sister company Oy Suomen HPK Ab. The merge is effective from May 1st, 2010. All personnel of Oy Suomen HPK Ab will be transferred to Bedika’s employees.
Bedika is a subsidiary of Lektar Group and therefore the merge will take place within the Group.
Suomen HPK is specialized in importing and marketing of packaging machines and –materials. The company represents a broad range of high quality machines and materials. The most important customer groups are food industry, retail business and non-food industry. With this merge Bedika and Suomen HPK will constitute a diversified operator in the Finnish food- and non-food industry.
